Baking

Chocolate cupcakes (six) 
9 tablespoons of flour (½ cup)
6 tablespoons of sugar (¼ cup)
4 ½ teaspoons cocoa
½ teaspoon baking soda
3 pinches of salt
1/3 cup cold water
3 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract

Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean

****I tried to measure out what I used for frosting, but I generally go by taste. So don’t take these measurements too seriously! Also if you want just classic butter cream frosting add more vanilla and no cocoa Powder.

Chocolate Butter cream Frosting
3 tablespoons butter (softened)
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup milk (if the frosting is too thick add a little more)
4 teaspoons cocoa powder
I used about ½ of a 32 oz. bag of powder sugar so about 3 cups?

**If your frosting is too thick add a little more milk
**If your frosting is too thin add more cocoa powder (or powder sugar depending on how sweet you like it.)
